The leather feels really nice and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. It’s sturdy and seems like it’ll hold up well, but it was a bit stiff on the first day. I’m guessing it just needs some time to break in. Took off one star for that initial “stiff” feel.

I got a pair from miz-mooz.com i was surprised by how comfortable they are. Like, I can wear them through a full workday and my feet still feel fine, which almost never happens for me. The leather softened up really quickly too, so they didn’t have that stiff new-shoe feeling for long. Shipping was totally fine, the fit was right for me, and yeah, I’m really happy I bought them.

I mean, it looks pretty much just like the pictures. The color was exactly what I was expecting, so yeah, I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted these shoes to work out. They looked super cute online, and I was excited to get them, but they just didn’t feel worth the price. For what I paid, I expected better comfort and nicer materials. It’s disappointing because I usually like this brand, but these felt way too pricey for what you actually get.

The shoes themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping was so slow, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I even tried to get a simple update because I needed them by a certain date, and it felt like that basic request was just ignored. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I ended up having to exchange my boots because I ordered the wrong size, which was completely on me. I was annoyed with myself because I could’ve avoided the whole thing, but I emailed Miz Mooz and they got back to me quickly.

The person who helped me was really kind and didn’t make the return feel like a hassle at all. The label was easy to use, and my new pair shipped not long after. I just wish I’d gotten the size right the first time, but the customer service made it way less stressful than I expected.

I was really happy with the heel height on these because it gives me a little bit of lift without feeling like I’m walking around in something too tall or uncomfortable. I wore them for a good part of the day and didn’t feel like I was constantly thinking about my feet, which is always a good sign. They’re a nice comfortable height for all-day wear, especially if you want something that looks a bit dressed up but still feels practical

I figured that probably meant they were decent quality anyway, because soft shoes right away sometimes feel suspicious to me.

I tried doing an exchange and it just felt really slow. Like, I wasn’t totally sure what was happening half the time, and the updates were kind of unclear. It did eventually get sorted, but yeah... not the easiest process

The weirdest part was that one shoe felt noticeably tighter than the other, especially across the top near my little toe, while the length somehow felt a bit roomy. I kept checking the tags because it felt like they were from two different pairs.

I tried wearing them around the house for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, just on the wood floor and a rug, and they started rubbing almost immediately. The toe box felt too narrow, but my heel still didn’t feel settled, which was such a frustrating combo. For the price, I expected the sizing to be way more consistent.

I’ve got kinda flat feet, so a lot of shoes start bothering me after a few hours, but these felt comfortable through a full day out. There wasn’t any annoying break-in period either. They’re cute too, but the comfort is what made me keep them.

these are such a relief. They have a nice wide fit with plenty of room in the toe box, so my toes don’t feel squeezed or pinched at all.

I really wanted to like these shoes because they looked great at first, but the sole started coming loose after only a few wears. I kept trying to be patient and give them a chance, which just made it more annoying because shoes at this price shouldn’t need that kind of patience. Definitely not worth the money.

I was disappointed with these. They look nice in pictures, but once I actually had them on and looked closer, the stitching was super uneven. One of the seams even started coming loose after just a few wears, which is soooo frustrating. They just feel kind of sloppy for what I paid, and I expected better.

I really like the shoes, they’re super cute tbh, but my size is literally never in stock. Kinda frustrating because I keep checking back and it’s still unavailable lol...

I found the boots I was looking for quickly, and the checkout process was simple enough. I was a little unsure at first because the confirmation email took longer than I expected to show up, but it did come through eventually. Overall, it was still a good experience
